Privacy policy

Events Match uses the information you provide to recommend professional events, save plans you choose to keep, track milestones you add, and improve recommendation quality.

Information we process

Recommendation requests may include your role, goal, industry, target geography, company stage, and budget preference. If you create an account, we process your email address, profile details, saved plans, and journey milestones. If you submit feedback or an event suggestion, we also process the contact details and message you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use it to return event recommendations, provide account and journey features, operate and secure the service, respond to feedback, and understand which recommendations are useful. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Events Match uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, and OpenAI when the Events Match plugin is used in ChatGPT. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and choices

Recommendation inputs are not intentionally stored by the Events Match MCP tool. If you create a website account, profile details, plans you explicitly save, and journey milestones are retained until you delete a saved plan or request account deletion. Deleting a saved plan also deletes its milestones. Feedback and suggestions may be retained while useful for support and product improvement. You can request access or deletion through the feedback form on the homepage.
